Jeff Brinker tries premises liability case resulting in verdict of about half of settlement demand
Jeff Brinker tried a week long premises liability case against a retailer involving a fall causing alleged permanent disability. The jury returned a verdict for Plaintiff that was approximately half of what the case could have been settled for.
